6 WEEK PROGRAM:
WEEK 1 & 2:
Learn about your Postpartum body
Learn the Core Confidence Core Breath
Progressive Core exercises
Build Core strength
Get rid of your "mommy tummy"
Prevent and repair core dysfunctions like diastasis recti, prolapse, back pain and incontinence.
WEEK 3 to 6:
3x 30-35-minute workouts a week.
Progress to the next step of core training.
Incorporate upper and lower body exercises with Core Breath
Train for movement and improved stability
Continue to strengthen you core and body
Cardio – how to use core breath when doing low impact cardio.
New more advanced moves – step up your core connection.
