Keeping you safe

All equipment is sanitized before use.

You may bring your own Mat to class - however sanitized mats will be supplied.

Hand sanitizer will be supplied before entering and exiting the studio.

You will be asked to fill out a screening form at the start of each class.

Please do not come to class if you are ill.

Please wear your mask as you enter The Fitness Centre.

You may remove your mask or keep it on one you are in your designated spot for class.

You must wear your mask if you leave your designated spot.

Only 5 women will be in the studio.

You will be spaced 9ft apart.
