All changes start with your mindset. You need to listen to your body and understand how to make choices to better YOU.
Diets and quick fix programs will only get you so far - making your feel guilty for eating certain things or for not exercising a certain amount. Food and exercise are meant to be celebrated; they are a form of self love. Fuel and move your body out of love. And STOP restricting yourself.
Sure someone can give you a meal plan but that’s passive, you have not learned how to eat and understand your body cues.
Kim’s shows you HOW to take a physiological approach with nutrition so you learn what your body is saying to you.

I will coach you on how to make time for YOU as well as teach you how to develop self love with positive affirmations, meditation and changing your mindset. You will also get fun class style workouts to get the body moving and endorphins flowing.

I started out with Fitness with Baby, then did personal training with Krystal and now I do her online training program... that should tell you she’s a great trainer and her classes and programs are awesome and she changes them up which keeps me motivated and interested! Would highly recommend this!!
