As a fitness trainer and business owner I see a lot of social media surrounding the ideal body, women are constantly comparing themselves to what they should look like in pregnancy and postpartum. Examples are 9 Months in 9 months out, 6 packs after 3 month PP, before and after, Photoshoots with major editing and depriving the body of nourishments. Don’t get me wrong I’m all about celebrating fitness goals and successes but let’s do it organically, let’s celebrate the love of our body at every step. Every BODY has a story and that’s what makes us unique and special. Love your curves, stretch marks, rolls, bum, boobs hips, arms, cheeks, lips. They tell your story.
