Meet Katie Thompson, Katie runs pre and post natal group fitness classes in Norwich. She is a Core Confidence Education Pre and Post natal Specialist, and is a Kinesiologist. Since Covid 19, Katie, like myself had to transistion her classes online. Katie and I kept in touch, cheering each other on, and one day decided...."hey! we should do this online thing together!"

All members will receive our printable 6 week class calendar by July 3. Your summer is set with 6 weeks of activity and education to keep you motivated.
You can do our classes anytime....anywhere! Join us LIVE or pre recorded workout on your time. Bring us to the cottage, to the trailer, while camping, at the beach, in your backyard....or in your living room! Flexibility just for you!
