Personal One on One Training in Brantford

Let me show you how to make fitness apart of your life.  No fad diets or quick fixes here. Everything you learn from me will help you lead an active lifestyle. I can help you achieve your fitness goals whatever they may be. I pay special attention to proper form, and exercises for better mobility. 

Gym Training: One on one training done at Natural Path Fitness located in West Brant.

Home Training: I can come to you in the comfort of your own home.  I supply all of the equipment. 

Online Training

Perfect for the busy parent who has no time to get to the gym but wants an active lifestyle. 

Life can be very busy when you have kids and going to the gym can take up to 1.5 hours total which can eat into time spent with your little ones.  Online training gives you the freedom to workout when YOU want in the comfort of your own home. 

What you get with online training:

FamilyLife Fitness uses the app Trainerize to build your workouts. All workout days are scheduled for you (I can accommodate any busy schedule if need be)  On Monday you get a full length class style workout, just press play and follow along with me. Wednesdays I teach you how you motivate yourself....I have designed a workout for you using the Trainerize exercise clips listing the reps and sets. Fridays is a 30 minute workout with me, press play and follow along. With online training you connect with my other online clients who will be your workout buddies for the next 8 weeks. All you need to do is check in and me, your trainer (and your workout buddies) will get a notice that you have started your workout. You can also link your My Fitness Pal account for food accountability. I see all of your progress throughout the 8 week program...and will I keep you motivated daily. 

You will be added to my Closed Facebook Group for extra fitness and food challenges to keep you on course.
